WOLFpak stands behind the quality of our gear and offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unused condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure every athlete and adventurer is fully satisfied with their tactical storage solutions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your WOLFpak gear in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon arrival at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
